Community Helpers

This week in preschool we had different community helpers come and visit and tell us about their jobs. On Tuesday, we had a nurse come and "fix" every ones boo boos. Sara told her that her eye hurt, so instead of putting the band aid on her eye she put it on her nose, which Sara thoroughly enjoyed. She liked it so much she wouldn't take it off all day. It was bright green and obviously something you couldn't really overlook since it was right on her nose. At the end of the day I told her that she had to take it off and she refused. She finally informed me that she didn't want to take it off because it would hurt too bad.(The band aid was really stuck on.) All along I thought she just liked it so much she wanted to keep it on. What kind of nurse turns nothing into a real boo boo? Her nose didn't even hurt before!
